Omio Charged Extra for Seat Selection but Assigned Separate, Windowless Seats
I booked four train tickets for my family from Frankfurt to Hamburg via Omio and paid extra for seat selection. However, the system didn’t allow me to choose seats and instead automatically assigned them.
When we boarded, we were shocked to find that our seats were not together, even though there were available spots where we could have sat as a family. To make matters worse, the seats didn’t even have windows!
Why did we pay extra for seat selection if we couldn’t choose our seats? This is misleading and unfair. Omio must either refund the extra charge or ensure that paying customers actually get the seats they select! I demand a resolution!
