On March 7, 2026, I purchased a plane ticket through Obilet for an AJet flight scheduled on March 16, 2026, with PNR number 3T7Y5C. For about a month, every time I contacted customer service, I was told that my ticket had been canceled and that I needed to speak with my bank. However, I later found out that no such cancellation appeared in the system. This contradictory and inaccurate information has caused me significant inconvenience.
During this time, I have contacted Obilet customer service countless times via both phone and live chat, but no clear or consistent solution has been provided, and my issue still remains unresolved. Due to the ongoing misinformation and lack of clarity, I have been unable to properly plan my travel and have experienced serious time loss.
To resolve the inconvenience I have experienced, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for this flight.
