Obilet Shows Incorrect Departure Location and Causes Missed Bus

I purchased a bus ticket through Obilet for the Podgorica – Sarajevo route on April 9, 2026, at 1:35 PM. In the app, the departure point was listed as “Podgorica stop,” so we went to the specified stop on time. However, the bus never arrived there, and we later learned that it actually departed from the Podgorica bus terminal.

I am a frequent Obilet user for both domestic and international travel and have always trusted the accuracy of the information provided in the app. Because of this, I relied on the listed departure point being correct. Due to this incorrect or incomplete information, we missed the bus, were unable to travel to Sarajevo on the planned date, and had to stay an extra day in Podgorica. This caused additional accommodation and transportation expenses, and we also lost the value of the unused ticket.

I request that Obilet refund the full cost of the unused ticket due to the inconvenience caused by the incorrect departure location information.
