I Face Obilet Refund Delay After Canceling Pegasus Flight Ticket

I canceled a Pegasus Airlines flight ticket I had purchased about a month in advance through Obilet for a flight on May 1. During the cancellation process, I was informed that $77 out of the $82 I originally paid would be refunded. I was told that the cancellation was successfully completed and that the refund process had been initiated.

I am a student, and I bought this ticket to visit my family. The amount I paid is significant for me and was honestly the last money I had. Despite waiting for 3 days, no refund has been reflected on my card. When I contacted Obilet customer service, they told me the refund had been forwarded to the bank. However, when I spoke with my bank, they stated that no such refund request or transaction exists and that nothing has been initiated on their end.

I am now stuck between Obilet and my bank, unable to recover my money or receive a clear and transparent explanation. Considering that I am a student and this amount is extremely important to me, I request that the $77 refund from my canceled ticket be credited back to my card as soon as possible, and that I be clearly informed in writing about the current status of the refund process.
