Nvidia GeForce Now Premium Subscription Queue and Connection Issues

Despite purchasing a three-month Premium subscription, I am placed in a queue with 1017 people. I accept this unfairness and wait patiently to play my desired game, but when I finally reach the front of the queue, I can't connect to the game. The loading page never completes, and I haven't been able to play for two days. I couldn't reach any customer representative to address my complaint and find a solution to my problem. I enter the support service, input the error code provided, but there's no information related to the error. Moreover, they ask me to explain the issue in simpler terms. On top of the frustration of not getting what I paid for, I have to deal with a non-functional bot. As a large company, can't you establish a support team and create a helpline where we can find solutions to our problems?
