I purchased the game and made progress; however, none of the rewards that should have been given in the leadership rankings were distributed to me. I have been waiting for a month for a customer representative to respond, assist, and support me. There has been no response or update. If you are going to put the game on sale, Ubisoft, you should be careful not to make the same mistakes. Your customer representatives are useless; because of this, I do not recommend buying games from Ubisoft. The perspective of your customer representatives is very different, and they have not resolved my issue for a month. I am dissatisfied. Note: I am one of the first to purchase the game, and everyone who started after me has surpassed me. The reason is that none of the rewards that should have been given in the leadership rankings were distributed to me.
