I have a 3-month Nvidia GeForce Now subscription, but it has been causing significant problems recently. When I enter a game, it frequently freezes, and I’m often disconnected even though my internet connection is stable.
What’s even more frustrating is that there’s no phone number or live support to contact for assistance. As a paying subscriber, I expect better service and technical support.
I am highly dissatisfied with this experience and demand Nvidia GeForce Now resolve these issues immediately. I also request that they contact me to provide a proper solution. This level of service is unacceptable for a subscription-based platform. Please address this issue promptly!
