I have never seen a matchmaking system as bad as this game. Enough is enough, I am getting frustrated. Why am I getting epic players when I am in the legendary league? Are you kidding me? How many updates have come, how many epic costumes have you distributed, and how many free 2-day character trials have you given? It has only gotten worse.
My win rate was 64%, now it has dropped to 47%. Are you kidding me? I carry every match. If you don't seriously fix this system, I will delete this game. Also, we are asked for so many stars and we provide feedback about the matches, but I don't think you understand. No, we are not asking you to remake the game, just fix the matchmaking system.
