I Can’t Reach Real Support at Riot Games to Appeal My In-Game Penalty in Valorant
I’m extremely disappointed with Riot Games’ support system. No matter how many tickets I submit, I never get a real human response—just the same generic, automated replies over and over again. It feels like no one actually reads what players write or takes their issues seriously.
My account received a penalty for friendly fire (unintentionally damaging teammates), and I immediately tried to contact support to explain the situation. I admitted fault, expressed regret, and asked for help or guidance to resolve it maturely. But Riot never responded with anything meaningful. It’s like shouting into the void. Not one ticket has been reviewed by an actual person.
I know what I did was wrong, and I’m not asking to ignore that—I just want a fair chance to be heard. As a paying player who has invested both time and ₺ into the game, I find it completely unacceptable that such a massive company ignores genuine support requests.
