NTT Game Banned Me Without Reason and Refuses to Refund My DC Premium

I'm really disappointed with NTT Game for not refunding my DC Premium purchase in Knight Online. Their service has left me feeling quite frustrated. Upon entering the game and buying DC Premium, I was banned without any explanation or reason. Even after contacting customer support, they have declined to issue a refund or explain the reason behind the ban, leaving my concerns unaddressed. I put my faith in their product, expecting to enjoy the game without any problems, but now I’m left with a purchase I can’t utilize and no responsibility taken by NTT Game. It seems like they are collecting funds without providing the expected service. I highly recommend that others think twice before putting their money into Knight Online. This experience has made me wish I had chosen differently.
