Tango Live Suspended My Account and Won’t Refund the Money I Deposited

Tango Live has unjustly suspended my account and is keeping the money I deposited. I’ve reached out to their support team several times, but they just don’t respond at all. I’ve reached out multiple times for assistance and a refund, but I’m still left without any response or solution. I feel like I'm being overlooked, especially when they're holding onto my money without letting me access my account or even bothering to explain what's going on. I thought this platform had my back, but now I'm feeling pretty disappointed. I really hope they sort this out fast and get my deposit back to me. This whole situation has put a damper on my view of the service, and I'm hoping it gets resolved soon.
