On March 18, 2025, at around 17:00, my Knight Online account—published under the NTTGame label—was accessed without my permission. Even though my login credentials were secure and I was using OTP (one-time password) authentication, unauthorized individuals managed to enter my character and transfer my in-game items, including gear that was locked with a separate in-game password, to another player.
This incident clearly reveals a serious security vulnerability in the game. I submitted five detailed support tickets to NTTGame, fully explaining how my character was compromised despite all the protective measures I had in place. Instead of investigating or assisting me, the company’s response was deeply disturbing: they marked my tickets as spam and revoked my ability to submit future tickets.
This raises serious concerns about who is truly behind the breach. The way this was handled suggests that even NTTGame employees could be involved, or at the very least, are turning a blind eye.
I will be filing a formal complaint with the Cyber Crimes Unit and proceeding with legal action against those responsible. I demand that NTTGame take accountability for its security flaws, investigate this breach immediately, and restore my stolen items.
