OKCupid Banned My Account After Buying Premium

OKCupid unfairly banned my account even though I had purchased a 3-month Premium subscription. To make matters worse, they refuse to issue a refund! I have reached out to customer support multiple times via email, but instead of helping, they just keep making the process more difficult. It’s frustrating that they take my money but won’t provide the service I paid for. If they decided to ban my account, they should at least refund my remaining subscription balance. This is completely unacceptable! I demand an immediate refund or account reinstatement. OKCupid needs to take responsibility and stop ignoring paying customers. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible!
