Garena Free Fire Suspended My Account Without Warning or Proper Support





I am extremely disappointed with Garena Free Fire and the way they handled my account suspension. After being a loyal and genuine player for a long time, I was shocked to find that my account was suspended without any warning or explanation. I have spent a significant amount of money on membership and in-game purchases, so to have my account banned out of nowhere feels incredibly unfair. What makes this situation even worse is the lack of proper customer support. When I reached out for help, I was met with automated, bot-generated responses that did nothing to address my concerns. It feels like they don’t value their loyal players or the time and money we invest in their game. Now, I’m left with no account, no way to recover my progress, and no refund for all the money I’ve spent. This experience has been deeply frustrating and painful, and it leaves me questioning the integrity of Garena Free Fire. They’ve taken my account in an instant, but who will compensate me for the time, effort, and money I put into their platform? It’s heartbreaking to be treated this way after so many years of playing. I sincerely hope Garena Free Fire improves its customer service and reconsiders how it treat its dedicated players.
