Regarding Nttgame customer service, I noticed that an account was opened using my phone number 05320553*** without my permission. This happened a day ago and is still ongoing. I attempted to contact customer service, but I was unable to reach them. I also have a screenshot of the SMS message I received. I request that my number be prevented from being registered in the system without my permission, and that my personal information be completely deleted from the Nttgame system. I also request that the authenticator created with my number be cancelled. I declare that I will not be responsible for any fraud, cheating, or other activity carried out through the game using this number. I expect an urgent response regarding this matter.
