Today, I received an SMS from İninal addressing me as "Dear Customer." However, I have never been a user of İninal or opened any account with them. It appears that an account has been fraudulently opened in my name without my consent.
I tried contacting İninal customer service, but I couldn’t get through. This is extremely concerning, and I demand an immediate response. I request that this unauthorized account be closed immediately and any associated activity stopped.
This situation is unacceptable, and I need a prompt resolution to prevent any further misuse of my information. Please take action on this matter as soon as possible.
