NovaKid Subscription Charge Mistake — No Discount Applied

On February 8, 2026, a charge of approximately $74 USD was taken from my NovaKid account, and on the same day my son’s live lesson was canceled without any notice. Previously I had purchased a lesson package through NovaKid; while I was considering canceling my membership because the price was high, customer service offered a lower price so I decided to consider that option. Despite this, the system automatically charged the higher amount and also canceled our scheduled live lesson.

Right now I cannot reach customer service in any way, and because of what has happened I feel extremely wronged. My NovaKid account is registered under the name Umut Oğuz A. The charge was made without my permission, without applying the discounted price that was promised to me, and my son’s lesson was canceled without any reason or notification.

Therefore, I demand that the $74 USD charge be refunded to me immediately and that my NovaKid subscription be canceled right away. I also expect an explanation regarding the cancellation of our lesson and the fact that I have been unable to reach anyone to resolve this.
