UPS Delivery Delay Disrupting My Business Operations

Due to a delivery delay with UPS, my business operations are being seriously disrupted. My shipment arrived at your Manavgat central warehouse on April 27, 2026, yet it has still not been sent out for delivery or delivered to me.
When I went to the branch or tried to get information, I was told that due to warehouse conditions, I cannot pick up my package from the branch either, and that service is only available between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Having only one warehouse serving a central area like Manavgat is clearly causing repeated delivery issues and is effectively harming our business activities.
I request a clear explanation as to why my shipment has still not been delivered and demand that it be dispatched and delivered to me as soon as possible. I also ask that necessary improvements be made to the warehouse and branch operations in Manavgat to prevent similar issues from happening again.
