UPS Delivery Delay And No Customer Support Response
I am filing a complaint due to the delay and lack of communication I have experienced with UPS. My shipment with tracking number 1ZA5X7006881081742 has been in transit for about 7 days and has been sitting at the Malatya branch for the last 4 days without being sent out for delivery.
The package contains a high-value electronic device that I urgently need. Keeping such a valuable and sensitive item waiting at a branch for days raises serious concerns regarding both security and urgency, and it has caused me significant inconvenience.
When I tried to contact UPS by phone, I only reached an automated system and could not speak to a real representative. I was unable to explain my situation or get any information or updates about my shipment.
I request that my package be immediately dispatched for delivery and that I receive a clear explanation regarding the delay and the lack of communication.
