UPS Lost My $1,302 Graphics Card Shipment And Provided No Resolution

My shipment, which was sent via UPS on April 11 and was supposed to be delivered within 2–3 days, is still showing as being in Istanbul and has not been delivered despite all this time passing. Based on the current situation, it appears that my package has been lost, yet I cannot get any clear information about it.
The package contained a computer component—a graphics card—with an approximate market value of $1,302. Despite the high value of this item, I have not received any transparent updates, clear explanations, or solution-oriented support regarding the situation. I have contacted UPS customer service and representatives multiple times, but each time I was only told that the issue is “under investigation.” No follow-up was provided, and I was not even given a complaint or case reference number.
The loss of such a valuable item and the lack of communication for days have caused both financial and emotional distress. I demand that my shipment be located and delivered to me immediately. If the package is indeed lost, I request full compensation based on the current market value of the graphics card.

My package got lost in shipping with UPS Turkey and I haven't received any information for a long time. The seller company resent the package and it arrived today.
