Uber Blocked My Driver Account And Withheld My Money Unfairly

About 15 days ago in Ankara, during the afternoon, I experienced a very unfair and frustrating incident while working as an Uber Taxi driver. I went to the pickup location shown in the Uber application and arrived at the stop where the passenger was supposed to be waiting.
Because the area was crowded, I tried calling the passenger multiple times to identify them, but despite several attempts, the passenger never answered the phone. While waiting, I assumed that a person approaching the taxi from the crowd was my passenger, so I started the trip through the application. At that exact moment, the passenger canceled the ride.
Even though the trip never actually took place, Uber immediately accused me of misconduct simply because I had started the trip. Without properly listening to my explanation, investigating the situation, or reviewing what happened fairly, Uber treated me as if I had intentionally committed fraud.
As a result, both the approximate ₺287 trip amount and all of the balance already in my driver account — around ₺1,000 — were confiscated, and my driver account was completely banned.
I repeatedly contacted Uber support and customer service through the app and other channels. However, I was constantly told that “an authorized person will contact you,” yet nobody ever called me back, and my issue was never resolved. Despite explaining many times that I had no intention of taking the passenger’s money or doing anything dishonest, my statements were ignored entirely.
I expect Uber first to correct this unfair system failure caused by flaws in its own application process and to develop a fairer system that does not automatically accuse drivers without properly investigating incidents. There should also be clear rules preventing passengers from casually calling taxis to crowded locations, ignoring calls from drivers, canceling rides suddenly, and then filing complaints that unfairly punish drivers.
I also demand the full return of all funds confiscated from my driver account. I do not need or want the passenger’s fare — if necessary, that amount can be refunded to the passenger — but I do not accept Uber unfairly taking my earnings and account balance despite the trip never being completed intentionally or maliciously on my part.
