I purchased 8 lessons through the Novakid app, but later decided to cancel my membership. However, the system wouldn't allow me to cancel it. Even worse, Novakid renewed my membership without asking for my permission and automatically withdrew money from my credit card.
This kind of forced renewal without explicit consent is unacceptable. I never authorized a recurring payment, nor was I properly informed about it. I simply wanted to stop using the service, yet the platform made it nearly impossible to cancel, and still charged me without my approval.
I urgently demand that my Novakid membership be canceled immediately and that the unauthorized payment be fully refunded to my card. No company should renew a service without the user’s knowledge or clear consent.
