Zety Trial Charged Me Without Consent - Refund Request
I used the Zety trial version and today a payment of approximately 23 USD was withdrawn from my Garanti Bank debit card without my knowledge or clear consent. I was not aware that the trial would turn into a paid subscription and I did not knowingly approve a renewal or such a charge. I noticed this transaction today in my bank account and then immediately sent an e-mail to Zety customer service about the issue. I request that this unauthorized charge be investigated and that the entire amount withdrawn be refunded to my card as soon as possible. I would like written confirmation that the fee has been refunded and that no further charges will be made to my card in relation to this service.
