I made a deposit to my Stake account from my Federal Bank account in India on 23 February, with an amount of 8,000 INR. The money was sent correctly from my bank, but Stake is refusing to send or credit this amount to my Stake account. Since the deposit date, the funds have not appeared in my account and I have not received a clear explanation from Stake about the reason. I am also unable to reach a real person from customer service; all I get are automated bot responses, so I cannot properly explain my situation or get any help. I request that Stake immediately locates this deposit and credits the 8,000 INR to my Stake account without any further delay, and informs me in writing once this has been done.
