Nocturne Store Denied My Refund & Treated Me Disrespectfully
I recently requested a refund for a purchase I made at Nocturne, but I was met with unprofessionalism and disrespect from the assistant store manager. Instead of handling the refund process properly, she claimed she didn’t know how to process a POS refund and told me they would return my money later.
When I asked for a receipt or proof of return, she said they had no such policy. After I insisted, she reluctantly issued a refund form an hour later. However, when I pointed out her rude attitude and said she should apologize, she insulted me in front of other customers, saying, "I’ve never seen a customer like you before." She even threatened to call security and told me the store owner no longer wanted me to shop there.
This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a company that claims to be professional. I expect Nocturne to take action by training their staff on customer service and proper refund procedures. No customer should be treated this way over a simple refund request.
