ncorrect Pricing on Exchange at Nocturne – Overcharged for a Discounted Item

On August 21, 2024, I purchased two skirts at 50% off from the Nocturne store in Ankara Cepa AVM. The staff informed me that if I bought three items, I would receive an additional 20% off. So, I also bought a pair of shorts for ₺1,119, down from ₺1,400. However, when I went to exchange the shorts for a dress at the Nocturne store in Istanbul Akasya AVM, priced at ₺2,799 with a 50% discount, I expected to pay ₺1,840 after applying the extra 20% discount, just like with the original purchase. Instead, the staff member, Ş****, told me I had to pay ₺2,299 since I was now purchasing a single item. Despite my explanations, I was overcharged and ended up paying ₺1,180 instead of the ₺721 difference I should have paid. I am requesting a refund of ₺459 for the overcharge. It’s frustrating that this simple exchange was mishandled, and I believe Nocturne needs to rework their system to accurately apply discounts during exchanges and better train their staff to resolve issues.
