Nocturne Dress Didn’t Match Online Description – Wrong Details and No Easy Return

I ordered a burgundy dress with gold button details from Nocturne’s online store, trusting the description and image. However, the dress I received was completely different. The buttons were silver instead of gold, and the dress’s pleated look in the picture turned out to be a plain skirt. This is misleading to the consumer, and I feel disappointed by Nocturne’s lack of quality control. To make matters worse, they don’t allow in-store returns for online purchases, which is ridiculous when most brands offer this option. As a loyal customer who loved wearing Nocturne, I’m really frustrated with this experience. I demand that my issue be resolved, and I won’t be ordering online from Nocturne again unless things change.
