Under Armour Jacket Shedding Feathers After 2-3 Wears – Refund Denied

I purchased an Under Armour jacket on 28.10.2024, and despite wearing it only 2-3 times, the feathers on the left front and shoulder areas have started to come out completely. The shedding is clearly visible. As soon as I noticed the issue, I submitted a return/exchange request with my receipt, and the jacket was sent for inspection. However, my request was denied. For a product with such a high price and a 2-year warranty, this response is deeply disappointing. It’s unacceptable for a jacket to degrade so quickly after just two months of use. I request immediate support for a refund or replacement. Under Armour must stand behind its warranty and resolve this issue promptly.
