Calvin Klein Sweater Pilled Up Upon First Washing

I purchased a sweater from the Ankara Cepa Klein store for ₺3104 on October 6, 2023. Despite diligently following all washing and usage instructions, the sweater started shedding and experienced color fading in less than two months. The product, both inside and out, is now unusable due to excessive pilling. After wearing the sweater merely once or twice and handwashing it, I took the deteriorated item back to the store for inspection, only to be denied a refund. The refusal to address this issue leaves me without compensation for my ₺3104 investment in a sweater that I could barely wear. These so-called quality brands fail to stand behind their products. Paying such high amounts for items we wear only a couple of times—should they be destined for the trash? I genuinely fail to comprehend. I vow never to shop from this brand again unless they rectify this injustice.
