Refund Denied for Incorrect Size and Model on Kıyafetsepeti.com Custom-Made Dress
On 27/07/2024, I purchased an evening gown for ₺3,710 from Kıyafetsepeti.com. The product arrived today, but the size and model were not suitable. I contacted customer service immediately to request a return. However, they informed me that returns are not allowed for custom-made designs (which applies to all dresses), and that I could only exchange the product once or change the size twice.
Since I don't have time for an exchange, I insisted on a refund, but they offered store credit instead and stated that they do not process refunds. They were adamant, saying that my return request would not be approved even if I submitted it. I made it clear that I do not want store credit and that I will pursue my legal rights if they do not assist.
They responded by saying there were no alternative actions available for the product I purchased. I have since filed a formal complaint and initiated the legal process.
