Media Markt Sold Me a Nintendo Switch MK11 Digital Code That Doesn’t Work – No Support or Refund

I bought a digital code for my Nintendo Switch from Media Markt, and I regret it. I’ve been trying to get this issue resolved for days, but the customer service team has been giving me incorrect information. I even went to the store, but they just redirected me elsewhere. They’re selling boxed digital codes but don’t even know which country the activation works in. They’re also refusing to process a refund. I’ve wasted so much time, and I’ll never shop at Media Markt again. When customer service couldn’t help, they just sent me to the store, and the store sent me somewhere else.
