I'm experiencing significant inconvenience due to being sold an expired or invalid product. Despite paying for the game, I am unable to use it, which is extremely frustrating. I urgently request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. I either need a valid game code or a full refund for the product I cannot use. Purchasing a new game should be an enjoyable experience, not a source of frustration. This situation has not only wasted my time but also diminished my trust in the retailer and the brand.
