Nintendo Switch OLED Sent as Opened Product Instead of New Sealed Unit

I purchased a Nintendo Switch OLED advertised as a brand-new product, but what I received was clearly not new. The console arrived without its original factory seal or protective packaging, and the box itself was an older version. To cover this up, someone had simply placed a round sticker on the box flap, which looked like an attempt to make it appear sealed.
This is completely unacceptable. If the product is second-hand or a display unit, it should never be sold as new. A genuine new console should always come in a factory-sealed package with intact wrapping, not an obviously tampered box. As a customer, I paid for a new product and expected one—not something that might have been previously used or kept on display.
I demand a full refund of my payment and an explanation of why a supposedly brand-new item was shipped in this condition. Selling opened or potentially used items as new seriously damages trust in your store.
