My Nine West Stiletto Heel Snapped in the Middle After Minimal Use

Last summer, I bought a pair of Nine West stiletto heels, trusting the brand’s reputation for quality. I only wore them a few times, and yet the heel snapped right in the middle. I’ve worn heels for years and have never experienced this type of breakage—especially from such a well-known brand.

What’s worse is that I took them to a cobbler and was told the damage was beyond repair. The shoe is now completely unusable. I feel incredibly disappointed and let down by a brand I once trusted.

I expected long-lasting wear from a premium label like Nine West—not a shoe that fails after limited use. This kind of structural flaw suggests a serious quality issue, and I urge the company to take responsibility.

I’m requesting that Nine West provide a replacement or refund for the defective product and ensure better quality control moving forward. I sincerely hope no other customer experiences the same frustration I did.

I took the shoes to the nearest Nine West store, they sent them for inspection, but the center concluded that the problem was not caused by the shoes. As someone who weighs 50 kg and is not playing ball with stilettos, then where is the problem? It is very surprising that they do not stand behind their product.
