My Nine West Stiletto Heel Snapped in the Middle After Minimal Use
Last summer, I bought a pair of Nine West stiletto heels, trusting the brand’s reputation for quality. I only wore them a few times, and yet the heel snapped right in the middle. I’ve worn heels for years and have never experienced this type of breakage—especially from such a well-known brand.
What’s worse is that I took them to a cobbler and was told the damage was beyond repair. The shoe is now completely unusable. I feel incredibly disappointed and let down by a brand I once trusted.
I expected long-lasting wear from a premium label like Nine West—not a shoe that fails after limited use. This kind of structural flaw suggests a serious quality issue, and I urge the company to take responsibility.
I’m requesting that Nine West provide a replacement or refund for the defective product and ensure better quality control moving forward. I sincerely hope no other customer experiences the same frustration I did.
