My Refund Missing for Cancelled Nine West Order

On September 20, 2024, I placed an order for two pairs of shoes on www.ninewest.com under order number 524149. Nine minutes after completing the payment, I realized I had forgotten to apply a 50% discount code. I immediately canceled the order and reordered the same items using the discount code under order number 524189.
A few days later, I received the shipment for the second order, but the package contained two identical pairs of 38-size black heeled shoes instead of the two different pairs I ordered. I contacted customer service, explained the issue, and was told the shoes were sourced from different warehouses and the missing pair would arrive in a few days. I was also instructed to wait until all items arrived before initiating a return for the extra shoes, which I did.
However, I noticed that I still have not received a refund for the canceled order 5241*****49. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service over the past month, they have failed to identify or resolve the issue. This lack of support and delay is unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution and refund for the canceled order.
