Refund Pending for Returned Nine West Shoes Despite One-Month Wait

I purchased two pairs of the same Nine West shoes in different sizes through their app, but neither fit. I promptly returned both pairs and completed the return process. However, it has been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund.

For the past week, I have been calling customer service, but there has been no resolution or clear explanation. This experience has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming. I will never shop with Nine West again due to the lack of professionalism and failure to process my refund in a timely manner. I expect an immediate resolution and the return of my money without further delay.
