Missing Item in My Nine West Order – No Resolution Despite Proof

On October 27, 2024, I placed an order with Nine West (Order No. 5241*****15) for a bag and two pairs of the same sandals in sizes 38 and 39, as a birthday gift for my mother. However, the size 38 sandals were missing from the package. Fortunately, since this was a special gift, I had asked my mother to record a video while unboxing the delivery, so we have clear evidence that the item was missing. Despite this, when I reported the issue, I was told that all items had been delivered, and no solution has been provided. I’m extremely frustrated and request that Nine West addresses this issue promptly and sends the missing item or provides a refund.
