On October 18, 2024, I placed an order for a pair of shoes on Camper.com for ₺4,463.10. However, when I checked my order status on December 31, 2024, I discovered that my order had been canceled without any notification. When I contacted customer service, I was told the cancellation was due to insufficient stock.
I noticed the same product in a different size on their website, now priced at ₺6,199. I called customer service again to explain that I wanted to purchase the shoes at the original price I had paid, as the issue was not my fault. I was told this was not possible and that I could only buy them at the current price.
Reluctantly, I repurchased the shoes for ₺5,071 using a membership discount. However, even this order is now missing from my account, and only the canceled order appears. I have the invoice for my new purchase and request immediate clarification on the status of my order. Camper.com must address this issue and resolve my grievance without further delays.
