I purchased a synthetic leather handbag from Nine West’s official website, which I used only 5–6 times over the course of about a year. Despite this limited and careful use, the handle of the bag has deteriorated severely, almost melting and tearing apart. At this point, the strap is barely held together by a few threads.
Experiencing this kind of issue with a product from a well-known, high-priced brand is extremely disappointing. Since I started using the bag some time after purchase, I did not contact customer service, and the warranty period has now expired.
My expectation is that Nine West should offer better quality products that truly reflect the price-to-performance balance associated with a premium brand.
