Nine West Handbag Handles Peeled Within a Year Despite Rare Use

Less than a year ago, I bought a Nine West handbag as a birthday gift for my mother. To our disappointment, the handles started peeling badly, even though she only used it occasionally and took great care of it. We contacted customer service and sent the bag in for review, only to be told that the issue was not due to a manufacturing defect. That’s unacceptable. The material is clearly poor quality, and the product looks worn and unusable in under a year. I expected so much more from a brand like Nine West. This experience has left both me and my mother upset, especially since it was meant to be a meaningful gift. I demand a replacement or refund, and I won’t be shopping from Nine West again unless they make this right.
