I trusted the Nine West brand and bought one of their handbags, expecting decent quality for the price I paid. Unfortunately, the handles keep coming off repeatedly, making it impossible to use. I’ve tried to repair them myself, but it’s no use—the material is just too flimsy and poorly made. For the amount of money I spent, I genuinely expected a much better product. Right now, the bag is completely unusable, and I feel disappointed and frustrated. This isn’t the level of durability or craftsmanship I thought I was getting from Nine West.
