I bought a pair of Nike Air Force 1 '07 sneakers on 21.11.2023, and unfortunately, after wearing them only 3 or 4 times in a month, they began to fall apart at the sides. I was let down, so I sent them in for a warranty inspection on 24.12.2023. Regrettably, the response I received on 03.01.2024 stated that it was a result of user error. Even though there were no visible signs of tearing or impact, they were adamant that it was my fault. Why would it be the user's fault after just a few times of wearing it? I need a resolution as soon as possible. This level of service is far below what customers would anticipate from a brand of such high reputation.
