Brand New Nike Air Force 1 Mid '07 Peeling After 2 Hours and Return Request Denied
We bought a white Nike Air Force 1 Mid '07 for our son on May 26, 2024. He wore the shoes for only 2 hours on May 27. When he tried to wear them again on May 28, we noticed the leather was peeling under the laces. We took the product back to the seller for inspection. On June 6, our return request was denied, citing user error. When we asked for details, they claimed the shoes were dirty from wear. However, the issue isn't dirt but peeling, and as you can see in the picture, there's no dirt where the peeling occurred. We trusted Nike's quality, but they've let us down. The seller hasn't stood behind the product they sold. We're requesting a return of this product.
