Brand New Nike Air Jordan Peeled in a Month
We bought a pair of Nike Air Jordan sneakers for my son from an official Nike store, paying a significant amount with the expectation of quality. Unfortunately, within just one month, the material around the air holes on the upper part of the shoes started to peel off. We're not talking about normal wear and tear—this looked like clear material breakdown.
We returned to the store and filed a complaint. They took the shoes back for inspection and told us we’d get a response in 23 business days. When they finally got back to us, they had the nerve to say it was a user error. I’m sorry, but that explanation doesn’t hold. My son is 17, doesn't even play sports, and is driven to school in a private car. There’s absolutely no way his minimal, careful use could cause that level of damage in a single month.
I now seriously doubt Nike’s quality. You take people’s hard-earned money and give them shoes that can’t last 30 days—then deny responsibility when your product fails.
The attention given while selling shoes at Mark Antalya Nike store is unfortunately absent during the return process for shoes that fell apart in a month, especially Mr. Hasan is quite indifferent, as if saying 'I don't care about your wasted money.' The shoes, which were evaluated in 21 business days, developed bubbles on them and were returned as user error in an even worse condition. I would like to thank Ms. Aynur, who assisted us during this process.
