I purchased a one-week NGL subscription for ₺69, but instead of stopping after a week, they keep charging me every week without my consent! I only signed up for a single-week plan, yet my account continues to be billed.

I tried to cancel, but there is no clear option to stop the recurring payments, and now I’m in a really difficult situation because of these unexpected charges. I demand that NGL immediately stops these payments and refunds the unauthorized charges.

This needs to be resolved urgently! Has anyone else experienced this issue? NGL, take responsibility, fix this now, and allow users to cancel easily! Stop charging me without permission!
