NGL Subscription Renewed Without Consent – Requesting Refund
I initially purchased a one-week NGL subscription. Unaware that the subscription had expired, I was shocked to find that it was automatically renewed without my consent, and a charge was made to my card. I did not authorize this renewal and demand the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the amount charged. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. If my refund is not processed promptly, I will escalate this matter through formal complaints. NGL must address this issue and ensure their subscription policies are clear and ethical to prevent further frustration for their users.
