NGL App Charged Me for 3 Weeks Without Active Membership

I purchased a one-week subscription on the NGL app, but even after the membership ended, I was charged repeatedly for three weeks. Despite not having an active subscription, the app continued to deduct money from my account.
This is completely unacceptable, and I feel like my trust has been violated. I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges and expect the issue to be addressed promptly.
If this matter is not resolved soon, I will be forced to file a formal complaint. NGL needs to fix their subscription system to ensure users are not wrongfully charged after their memberships expire.
