I Can’t Cancel My One-Month NGL Subscription No Matter How Many Times I Try
I signed up for a one-month NGL subscription, thinking it would be a simple and short-term commitment. But now I’m stuck with a service I don’t need and can’t cancel, no matter how many times I try. I’ve followed all the instructions, attempted to cancel through the app and the platform, yet every time I think it's canceled, the subscription continues as if nothing happened.
This is extremely frustrating. I only wanted one month, and I made that clear when signing up. It’s not fair that I’m being charged beyond that and unable to opt out. I feel trapped by a system that doesn’t honor user choices.
I demand NGL provide a clear and working method to cancel subscriptions immediately. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a breach of trust. Please stop charging me and confirm that my subscription has been canceled as requested.
