I accidentally subscribed to NGL for ₺69, and ever since, money has been withdrawn from my card weekly without my consent. I have tried to cancel the subscription but haven’t been able to stop these recurring charges. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like my only option now is to reach out here.

NGL, I trusted your platform, but this issue has caused me unnecessary financial stress. I urgently request that you cancel my subscription immediately and stop any further charges to my account. Customers should have an easy way to manage or cancel subscriptions without going through such difficulties. Please address this issue promptly, as I need this resolved as soon as possible.
