I Face Unauthorized NGL Subscription Charges of ₺99.99 After App Deletion

I subscribed to the NGL app, but shortly afterward I deleted it because I did not like the service. Despite uninstalling the app, on yesterday at 12:36, ₺99.99 was still withdrawn from my account as a subscription fee. Even more frustrating, this was not the first time — NGL has continued to charge me several times in the past, even though I deleted the app and attempted to cancel the subscription through the app itself.

I originally started the subscription on my Android phone, and the email address linked to my account is q*@gmail.com**. So far, I have not been able to contact customer service directly to resolve this issue.

I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺99.99 charge, as well as confirmation that my subscription has been fully canceled so that no further payments are taken from my account. This situation is unfair and must be resolved quickly to prevent ongoing financial loss.
